How are you? This impulse sealer looks great. We think it is worth a look. Here are the details:
There is so many uses for these and you will NEVER see these anywhere near this price.$500 for everything.The aluminum jaws with the upper and lower heating elements that this one has sells for over $1200 used by itself.New there over $2000.Theres at least another $2000 in other spare parts alone from timers,large and small pneumatic cylinders and other heating elements.The bigger sealer is a comercial Vertrod 30pc 1/4 thermal impulse heat sealer with a foot press and theres a commercial tube/gromet sealer that also has a foot press.These were originaly used in the medical industry and then were used to seal up bags of clothes,tennis shoes and other dry goods to be shipped overseas and finally to make a greenhouse and hydroponic growing tents..This model Vertrod machine costs $8800 used ( see West Coast Plastics ) and the tube/gromet sealer heats up to over 500 degrees and would cost at least $2000 just to make it.It has a plate that comes off so you can make your own template depending on the application.These are 2 very nice upper end machines that are well put together.They also come with a special compressor that operates both sealers.Theres also over 500 feet of 3/8″ x 1/4″ vinyl tubing, extra teflon wire rubber jaw liners,fuses,a 200 sheet roll of 72″x90″ roll of plastic thats 2 mill thick and other accessoriesJust the plastic and pvc tubing alone is worth well over $500 price it out.I’ll sell it all for that.This price is firm( 727 ) 692-1822
