Return Policy For Aldi Stores. I Have Recently Bought A Vacuum Food Sealer From Aldi Which Doesn’t Seal The

bags properly. I brought it back, with purchase receipt and they will not refund because I can’t find the operating instructions. They say it is not a complete unit unless the instructions are with it!! They also said original packaging was needed too. I have now lost $99 and have a useless product. Has anyone else had the same trouble, if so what did you do? If you kept the packaging for every product you bought you would need an extra room to store it all for goodness sake. (this is in Australia)

    I had the same problem with Aldi. I am not sure if there is any way around this, apparently it is their policy. I would suggest in the future you keep everything the product came with and the packaging if you buy at Aldi again. I purchase only food items there since my experience.
    You might try having a consumer advocate contact Aldi, our newspaper has a column that does this, or your could contact their corporate office online. Good luck.
